Israel Kills 11 Members of Abu Shaaban Family
Israeli forces killed 11 members of the Abu Shaaban family, including children, in a strike on their vehicle in Gaza City on October 17. The family was displaced and inspecting their home at the time. Gaza officials call it the worst incident since a recent truce, which has been marred by dozens of alleged violations. Israel stated it targeted a “suspicious vehicle,” while Hamas accused it of breaching the ceasefire.
